- Date and time of the transaction
- Information required to reconcile the payment with an LFA order

Where available, LFA may allow users to purchase tickets without creating an account.
Information supplied during guest checkout will be used to process the order, payment, ticket issuance, and related communications.
Tickets purchased as a guest may not automatically appear in a later-created LFA account unless the system specifically supports linking those purchases.

When an order is successfully completed, LFA may send confirmation information and ticket documents or ticket access information to the email address provided during checkout.
Registered users may additionally be able to view their tickets through the LFA application or website and download ticket documents through available order or ticket features.
Users are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to that email account.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only where reasonably necessary with parties involved in providing or securing the LFA Services.
These may include:
Payment Service Providers
Payment-related information may be transmitted to the payment provider selected during checkout to authorize, process, verify, or reconcile transactions.
Hosting and Technology Providers
Information may be processed through infrastructure, hosting, communication, security, email delivery, or other technical service providers used to operate LFA.

Limited ticket and order information may be made available to authorized personnel responsible for ticket validation, check-in, customer assistance, event administration, or related operational activities.
Legal and Regulatory Authorities
We may disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from a competent authority.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or violations of applicable terms.
7. Ticket Validation and Check-In
Tickets may contain a unique identifier, barcode, QR code, or similar verification mechanism.
At an event, authorized LFA personnel or systems may scan or validate the ticket to determine whether it:
- Is valid
- Corresponds to the appropriate match or event
- Has already been used
- Has been cancelled, refunded, or otherwise invalidated
Validation records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, event administration, and dispute resolution.
Users should protect ticket QR codes, barcodes, and ticket files from unauthorized sharing because another person obtaining access to a valid ticket may attempt to use it.

11. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may have the right to request information concerning personal data held about you and to request appropriate correction, updating, or deletion of inaccurate or no-longer-necessary personal information.
Certain information may need to be retained despite a deletion request where LFA has a legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate requirement to retain it.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a privacy-related request.
12. Account Deletion
Where an account deletion function is made available through the LFA application or website, you may use that function to request deletion of your account.
You may also contact LFA using the contact information provided below.
Deleting an account does not necessarily require the immediate deletion of every record relating to past transactions. Certain order, payment, ticket, security, or accounting information may be retained where required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
13. Children's Privacy
The LFA Services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental or guardian authorization is legally required.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services, processing activities, payment methods, legal obligations, or security practices change.
The updated version will be published through the LFA website, mobile application, or another appropriate channel.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates when the latest version became effective.
Where a change materially affects how personal information is handled, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
