Terms Of Use
Published: September 16, 2026
Welcome to LFA Ticketing.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LFA Ticketing website, mobile application, and related ticketing services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
1. About LFA Ticketing
LFA Ticketing provides users with access to football match and event information and enables eligible users to purchase and manage tickets through the Platform.
Depending on the event and available features, the Platform may allow you to:
- Browse available matches and events.
- View match, venue, date, time, and ticket information.
- Select available ticket categories, zones, or seats.
- Purchase tickets.
- View your orders and tickets.
- Access or download digital tickets.
- Present eligible tickets for entry to an event.
- Create and manage your user account and profile.
Availability of individual features may vary between the website, mobile application, event, venue, or ticket type.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Some areas of the Platform may be viewed without an account. However, certain features, including purchasing or accessing tickets, may require you to register or sign in.
When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You must notify the appropriate LFA Ticketing support contact if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
We may use verification measures, including email, phone number, or one-time-password verification, when required for account security or access to specific features.
3. User Information
You are responsible for ensuring that information associated with your account is correct.
Certain information may be required in order to create an account, complete a purchase, receive a ticket, verify your identity, or use other Platform functions.
Information submitted through the Platform will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
4. Ticket Availability
All tickets are subject to availability.
Displaying a ticket, seat, zone, category, or price on the Platform does not guarantee that it will remain available until a purchase has been successfully completed.
Tickets or seats temporarily selected during checkout may be reserved only for a limited period.
If checkout is not completed within the permitted reservation period, the selected tickets or seats may be released and made available to other users.
We do not guarantee that a particular seat, ticket category, zone, or quantity will remain available while you complete your purchase.
5. Orders and Purchases
Before submitting an order, you are responsible for reviewing the information displayed during checkout, including where applicable:
- Match or event.
- Date and time.
- Venue.
- Ticket category.
- Zone or seat.
- Quantity.
- Price.
- Order total.
Submitting a checkout request does not by itself guarantee that an order has been successfully completed.
An order is considered successfully completed only when the Platform confirms the successful transaction and creates or confirms the corresponding order or ticket.
If a transaction fails, is cancelled, expires, or cannot be confirmed, tickets may not be issued.
6. Payments
Payments available through the Platform may be processed using authorized third-party payment services.
By choosing an available electronic payment method, you authorize the relevant payment provider to process the payment information required to complete your transaction.
LFA Ticketing does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.
A payment attempt may be declined, delayed, cancelled, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside the Platform's control, including actions taken by payment providers or financial institutions.
You should not treat a payment attempt as successfully completed solely because your payment information was submitted. Always rely on the final order or payment status displayed by the Platform.
7. Ticket Issuance
After a successful eligible purchase, tickets may become available through your LFA Ticketing account, the “My Tickets” area, email, downloadable ticket documents, or another method made available by the Platform.
You are responsible for confirming that your ticket information is correct after purchase.
If you believe a ticket was not issued correctly, you should contact LFA Ticketing support using the official support channels.
8. Digital Tickets and QR Codes
Tickets may contain a unique barcode, QR code, reference number, or other identifier used to verify admission.
You are responsible for keeping your ticket and its identifying information secure.
You should not publicly share screenshots, photographs, PDFs, QR codes, barcodes, or other ticket credentials where they may be copied or used by another person.
Where a ticket may only be used once for admission, successful scanning or validation of the ticket may prevent subsequent entry using the same ticket.
Possession of a copy of a ticket does not necessarily establish a right to admission where the ticket has already been used, cancelled, refunded, invalidated, or otherwise made ineligible for entry.
9. Event Admission
A valid ticket does not override venue rules, event regulations, security requirements, or applicable law.
Users attending an event may be required to comply with:
- Venue security procedures.
- Ticket verification procedures.
- Applicable safety requirements.
- Entry restrictions.
- Instructions from authorized event or venue personnel.
- Any specific terms communicated for the relevant match or event.
Admission may be denied where a ticket is invalid, duplicated, cancelled, fraudulent, previously used, or otherwise not eligible for entry.
10. Event Information and Changes
Match and event information may occasionally change.
This may include changes to:
- Date.
- Kick-off or event time.
- Venue.
- Seating arrangements.
- Entry procedures.
- Event availability.
Where reasonably possible, updated information may be made available through the Platform or other official communication channels.
Users are responsible for checking relevant match or event information before attending.
11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Event Changes
Refund eligibility, cancellation rights, exchanges, and other ticket remedies are subject to the applicable ticketing or event refund policy.
Purchasing a ticket does not automatically create a right to a refund except where such a right exists under the applicable policy or applicable law.
Any event-specific refund or cancellation conditions communicated during the purchasing process form part of the conditions applicable to that purchase.
If an event is postponed, relocated, cancelled, or otherwise materially changed, instructions regarding affected tickets will be communicated through official channels where applicable.
12. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Tickets may not be transferred, resold, reproduced, duplicated, or commercially exploited except where expressly permitted by LFA Ticketing or by an applicable event-specific policy.
The availability of a technical method to share or download a ticket does not by itself mean that resale or transfer is authorized.
LFA Ticketing is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
Users should obtain tickets only through official or expressly authorized sales channels.
13. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or similar technologies to unfairly acquire tickets or interfere with normal Platform operation.
- Circumvent ticket limits, security controls, queues, reservations, or access restrictions.
- Attempt to manipulate ticket availability or pricing.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Conduct fraudulent payment activity.
- Duplicate, alter, forge, or improperly reproduce tickets.
- Attempt to bypass ticket validation or check-in mechanisms.
- Interfere with the Platform, its servers, APIs, security systems, or connected services.
- Introduce malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Platform, events, or associated services.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary, including where:
- These Terms are materially violated.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- The Platform or another user is placed at security risk.
- Required by law or an authorized authority.
- An account is being used to abuse ticketing or purchasing systems.
Where appropriate, users may be provided with information about available support or review procedures.
15. Account Deletion
Where account deletion is available through the Platform, you may request deletion of your account in accordance with the available process.
Certain information may need to be retained after account deletion where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, security, or other legitimate purposes.
Deletion of an account does not automatically cancel completed purchases, invalidate applicable contractual obligations, or create a right to a refund.
16. Platform Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to the Platform but cannot guarantee that it will always operate without interruption, delay, or error.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance.
- Updates.
- Technical problems.
- Network failures.
- Third-party service interruptions.
- Security incidents.
- Events beyond reasonable control.
Features may also be modified, added, or removed as the Platform develops.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and its associated content, software, interfaces, graphics, branding, logos, text, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Platform only for personal and lawful ticketing-related purposes.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Platform or its intellectual property to you.
18. Third-Party Services
Certain Platform functions may depend on third-party services, including payment processing, communications, hosting, app distribution, or other technical infrastructure.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
LFA Ticketing is not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Platform and user accounts.
However, no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions when using your account, including protecting your credentials and avoiding the unauthorized disclosure of ticket codes or account information.
If you identify a potential security issue affecting the Platform, you should report it through the appropriate official contact channel rather than attempting to exploit or publicly disclose the issue in a manner that may put users or systems at risk.
20. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the applicable Privacy Policy.
You should review the Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use LFA Ticketing.
21. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided for access to ticketing services and related information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LFA Ticketing does not guarantee that:
- The Platform will always be available without interruption.
- Every ticket category or seat displayed will remain available.
- Third-party services will operate without interruption.
- Information provided by external service providers will always be error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LFA Ticketing and the organizations operating or supporting the Platform will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside their reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
23. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, applicable requirements, business practices, or legal obligations.
When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required, additional notice or consent may be provided.
Continued use of the Platform following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating LFA Ticketing, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to users under applicable law.
Any specific governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions published by LFA Ticketing will apply together with these Terms.
25. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, your account, an order, or a ticket, please contact LFA Ticketing through the official support contact information provided on the Platform.
By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using services that require acceptance of these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use.
